1.SENIOR MARKETING COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE ( Urgently required) 1 position
- Energetic Female/Male with at least 2-3 years of experience in PR/Marketing/Advertising or related industry preferably in the Exhibition industry or Event Organizer.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Thai
- Knowledge and experience of public relations, online/offline media, advertising, and printing
- Strong computer skills ; Microsoft Office, Illustrator
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, good human relation, good team player and well organised
- Open to learn new things and self improvement
2.Senior Event Coordinator 1 position
Working for Exhibitions/ Trade Show to supervise and coordinate all activities of events & exhibitions in terms of facility, preshow and on site. This includes ability in planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating all operation activities with subcontractors & vendors.
- Develop event plans with Manager /Director and implement within the time line.
- Coordinate with all the departments involved in the event
- Work with marketing team for marketing communication and promotions planning
- General research and information/fact-finding on various topics relating to the requirements of the event
- Manage performances of the events which include event service & process, schedule/agenda, guest speaker, visitor etc. to ensure the event running smoothly.
- Prompt to solve a problem which may occur during the event or show.
3. Senior Sales/Project Executive: (Required urgently) 2 positions
Working for Exhibitions/ Trade Show, your role will involve selling standard booth/ raw space to exhibitors, either by telephone or face-to-face as well as maintain and develop relationship with current/ new customer
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Able to communicate in English and Thai
- Develop sales leads and maintain exhibitor and prospect list.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects/potential prospects
- Act as primary contact for all exhibitor inquiries/problems including marketing and operation.
- Energetic Female/Male with at least 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Exhibition industry or Event Organizer
- Should have an own car
