These terms govern your use of bangkoksync.com and any quote request or enquiry you submit through it. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — you're always welcome to reach us directly by phone, email or LINE instead.

Who these terms are with

Bangkok Synchronize Business Co., Ltd. ("BangkokSync", "we", "us"), 1338/946 Rama 3 Road, Chong Nonsi, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120, Thailand, operates bangkoksync.com. These terms are between BangkokSync and anyone who visits or uses the site ("you").

Acceptance of these terms

By browsing bangkoksync.com, submitting the contact form, or otherwise using the site, you accept these terms as they stand at the time. We may update them from time to time — see Changes to these terms below.

What this site is (and isn't)

bangkoksync.com is an informational and marketing site for our web design, ecommerce development, digital marketing, hosting and maintenance services. It describes our work, shows our portfolio, publishes articles, and lets you request a quote or get in touch.

The site itself doesn't process payments, deliver software, or create a binding contract on its own. An actual engagement — scope, deliverables, price, timeline and the specific terms that apply to that project — is set out in a separate written agreement or proposal that both sides sign before work begins. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance by itself.

Quote requests and enquiries

Submitting the contact form, or otherwise asking for a quote, is a request for us to respond — not a booking, reservation, or commitment on either side. We'll typically reply with questions, a proposal, or a quote, none of which obligate you to proceed.

Please give accurate information when you contact us — it's what lets us give you a useful, accurate response. We may decline to respond to an enquiry, or decline to take on a project, at our discretion, including where a request falls outside what we do or where we can't verify who we're speaking with.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please don't:

• submit false, misleading, or spam content through the contact form;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its underlying systems, or any account;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site other than through normal browsing or standard search-engine indexing;
• interfere with the site's normal operation, including via excessive automated requests; or
• use the site to violate any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, articles, design, graphics, the BangkokSync name and logo, and our portfolio descriptions — belongs to BangkokSync or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Case studies and portfolio entries describe work completed for named clients; project screenshots and outcomes belong to those clients where applicable, and are shown here to illustrate our own work, not to claim ownership of the client's brand or product.

Accuracy of content

Articles, guides and other content published on this site reflect our understanding and experience at the time of writing, and are provided for general information rather than as professional advice for your specific situation. Platforms, regulations and best practices change, and we can't guarantee that older content stays current — check with us directly before relying on anything time-sensitive for a real decision.

Links to other sites

This site links to sites we don't control, including client websites, platforms we work with (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and others), and LINE. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and a link here isn't an endorsement of everything on the linked site.

This doesn't limit any liability that can't lawfully be excluded, and doesn't affect the separate terms of any signed project agreement, which govern that engagement specifically.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example as our services or the site itself change. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
